What does the plan include?

Annual inspection visits, monitoring and rebaiting of Trelona ATBS stations, documentation of all findings, and retreatment coverage if new termite activity is detected during the plan period.

How often are bait stations checked?

At minimum annually. If activity is detected, we increase monitoring frequency and take treatment action at no additional charge under the plan.

Do I need a plan after treatment?

Yes — for Richmond-area homes we strongly recommend it. Subterranean termites are persistent and a new colony can re-establish over time. Annual monitoring is the only way to ensure lasting protection.
