Full Property Pest Evaluation & Expert Recommendations
Our skilled technicians conduct a thorough inspection of your home, identifying any existing pest issues and discussing any specific concerns you may have. Based on your pest issues we discover, we will set up bait stations, traps and exclude entry points.
Step 2
Complete Inside & Outside Protection
We begin by treating the outside of your home—using extension poles to remove spider webs and knock down wasp nests around the entire exterior. This keeps pests from getting in.
Inside, we focus on key entry points like window seals, door frames, and areas around kitchen and bathroom plumbing. If there’s a rodent issue, we’ll take care of it with perimeter bait stations and traps as needed.
Step 3
Kid & Pet Safe Perimeter Treatment
For general pests, we spread eco-friendly bait in mulch beds and lawns, creating a protective barrier 10–15 feet from your home. We also apply repellents to strengthen the barrier and keep pests away.
Step 4
Protecting Your Home’s Smallest Openings
To help keep pests out, we apply dust to weep holes—pushing out any bugs that may already be inside and sealing off entry points to stop more from getting in.
Step 5
Exterior Pest Defense Line
We apply an eco-friendly foundation spray around your home, covering the base, eaves, siding, windows, and door frames—up to six feet high and six feet out. This creates a strong barrier that helps keep pests from getting inside.
